Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Concorde continues to monitor the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) developments, taking directives from the Government and adhering to the advice provided by the World Health Organisation and Public Health England. Our main focus is ensuring the health and safety of our staff while ensuring minimal impact to our customers.

We have ensured there are business continuity arrangements in place should one or more of our offices need to close or if any members of staff need to work from home. We are therefore confident that if these circumstances arise, we will be able to continue providing our usual high level of service.

These include:-

The provision of laptops to all key staff to enable remote working from home.

Phones to be diverted as required to ensure all calls are answered.

The use of Skype or Teams to reduce the need for face to face meetings.

Liaising with our vendors to mitigate service disruptions due to potential supply chain issues.

Please be advised that for the health and safety of our staff we will no longer be accepting visitors to any of our offices other than those making standard deliveries/collections.

With effect from 24 March 2020, we are now only able to attend any service calls which relate to Healthcare, the Emergency Services and other “Key Services” as defined by the UK Government. Unfortunately, this does mean that all other calls will be advised that we will not be able to attend until further notice. We have already seen a dramatic reduction in incoming call and email volumes this week as organisations around the country accelerate their own office closures. We shall continue to monitor the current situation and provide updates regarding support in these unprecedented times.
