I’m John Hooker, a Senior Consultant here at Concorde. Since moving with my family to Cornwall in the early 1990s — the county we’re proud to call home — I’ve built over 30 years of experience in the commercial print and copying industry, with the past 20 years spent at Concorde.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for staying ahead of market developments — from our core print and document solutions to our exciting growth into telecommunications and digital signage. One of my proudest moments was securing Concorde’s very first digital signage customer in early 2025.

Having worked closely with our key manufacturer partner, Kyocera, for three decades, I share their deep commitment to sustainability and always enjoy helping clients explore their own environmental goals. I also have a particular interest in leasing, offering creative, bespoke lease packages tailored to each organisation’s needs.

Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to caring for my special needs daughter and enjoying the Cornish countryside with my blue merle border collie, Greg — who’s often found by my side in the office and occasionally on visits to customers. Greg even enjoys the occasional ride in my Triumph motorcycle and sidecar!
