"Their service response time is always prompt and with the help of their manned helpdesk we can be up and running again very quickly (not that we have ever had much cause to use it). We have had two Konica Minolta copiers from Concorde and the performance of these machines has been excellent. Paper jams were very few and far between and we rarely needed to make service calls for repairs. Pretty much the only times we saw an engineer was for a general service of the copier. We have now moved on to a Kyocera copier on Ian’s recommendation and so far, the machine has been very impressive."
